Daydab Terms of Use Revision dated 18 October 2026. Applies from the first public availability of the corresponding app or website version. Publisher: Maksim Lenkius Location: Vilnius, Lithuania 1. App purpose Daydab displays calendar dates, public holidays, days off, working days and calendar-period statistics. It allows you to create and store personal marks. These Terms cover Daydab and informational material on daydab.net. The Privacy Policy is at https://daydab.net/privacy/. 2. Using the app Daydab is provided for personal and other lawful use under applicable law. You determine the content of your marks and are responsible for keeping data safe on your device. 3. Calendar information The developer seeks to provide accurate calendar information about holidays, days off and working days. Calendar rules may change through government decisions or legislation. Daydab information is for reference only and does not replace official legislation, government decisions or professional legal advice. For payroll, employment obligations or other legally significant purposes, check official sources. 4. User data Marks are stored locally on your device as described in the Daydab Privacy Policy. The current release does not provide mark export or restoration. Where needed, you may keep important information outside the app using other available means. The developer has no server copy to restore. 5. Availability and updates The developer may release updates to correct errors, improve the interface and update calendar information. Continued availability on every device and Android version is not guaranteed. 6. Intellectual property The Daydab name, original interface elements, graphics and code are protected under applicable law and belong to their respective rights holders. Third-party components are governed by their own licences. 7. Liability The app is provided “as is”, with the features and limitations described in these Terms. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer provides no additional warranties that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted or fit for your particular purposes. This provision does not exclude or limit mandatory warranties, consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. The app is provided considering its informational purpose. The developer is not liable for consequences of inaccurate or outdated calendar information unless mandatory law provides otherwise. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. 8. Changes to the Terms The Terms may be updated when the app or applicable legal requirements change. The current version is at https://daydab.net/terms/. 9. Contact Publisher: Maksim Lenkius Location: Vilnius, Lithuania Email: support@daydab.net 10. Licence and permitted use You receive a non-exclusive right to install and use Daydab on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules. Ownership of the app is not transferred. Unlawful distribution, presenting the app as your own development and removing rights notices are prohibited. These restrictions do not override third-party open-source licence permissions or rights expressly provided by applicable law, including statutory cases of software study and decompilation. 11. Feedback and rights concerns Rights in personal marks and submitted materials remain with their rights holders. Sending a suggestion does not transfer exclusive rights or permit publication of personal data or correspondence. General ideas and suggestions may inform improvements without an obligation to implement them or pay compensation, unless separately agreed. To report a suspected rights infringement, email support@daydab.net and identify the disputed material and basis of your rights. Do not send documents containing excessive personal data. 12. External sites and disputes External websites and stores have their own terms; a link does not endorse all their material. The developer's mandatory liability remains unaffected. You may contact support@daydab.net about a dispute. This does not restrict access to a competent court or consumer authority. Lithuanian law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable by law. Changes are published with a revision date and do not remove mandatory rights. 13. Severability If a provision is invalid or inapplicable, the others remain effective to the extent permitted by law. This does not exclude mandatory user protection or replace an invalid provision with a more burdensome term.
